Op 14-5-2023 zijn 2 leden van Pi4RS, Bas den Neijsel en Ronald de Beer onderscheiden met een gouden Vos (waarderingsteken) namens Scouting Nederland. Beide hebben zich al jaren verdienstelijk gemaakt voor de Jeugd en zijn bedenkers en mede oprichters van de zelfstandige vereniging Radio Scouting Pi4RS. Daarnaast spelen zij een rol voor de organisatie van het jaarlijks terug kerende JOTA-JOTI op landelijk, Europees en Wereld niveau. Beide bestuursleden werden op 14 mei 2023 verrast tijdens een bijeenkomst op het clubhome in den Haag ten midden van familie en vrienden. Zij wisten niets van deze onderscheiding. Zowel Ronald als Bas hebben zich jarenlang ingezet voor; De verbetering en van de kwaliteit van het Scoutingspel; Ledengroei binnen scouting; Begeleiden van andere vrijwilligers; Het ondersteunen van een organisatieonderdeel; Het besturen van een organisatieonderdeel binnen scouting, dit als enthousiast Scout en Radio Zendamateur. De onderscheiding is feestelijk in ontvangst genomen en zal een mooie plek krijgen in de Radio Shack. ![]()

On 14-5-2023, 2 members of Pi4RS, Bas den Neijsel and Ronald de Beer were awarded a Golden Fox on behalf of Scouting Netherlands. Both have dedicated themselves to Youth for many years and are inventors and co-founders of the independent association Radio Scouting Pi4RS. They also play a role in organising the annual JOTA-JOTI at national, European and World level. Both board members were surprised on 14 May 2023 during a meeting at the clubhome in The Hague amid family and friends. They knew nothing of this award. Both Ronald and Bas have dedicated themselves for years to; Improving and enhancing the quality of Scouting; Membership growth within Scouting; Supervising other volunteers; Supporting an organisational unit; Managing an organisational unit within Scouting, this as an enthusiastic Scout and Radio Radio Radio Amateur. The award was festively received and will have a nice place in the Radio Shack. ![]()
